Optimal Energy Storage Allocation Strategy by Coordinating Electric Vehicles Participating in Auxiliary Service Market

The further liberalization of China's electricity market encourages demand-side entities to participate in transactions. Electric vehicles (EVs) are developing rapidly and have high regulating potential, the main force for participation auxiliary service market. Aiming at problems dispatching accuracy economy EV market, this paper analyzes bidding strategy scheme EV-storage proposes optimal allocation with goal economic optimum. In process allocation, based on rules third-party subject services, coordinated services considering daily load scale changes is designed, while conditional value risk (CVaR) method used determine short-term energy storage capacity efficiency uncertainty response situation; then, annual change, benefit calculation function constructed by various factors such as revenue, spread investment cost opportunity Finally, taking aggregation valley-filling ancillary an example, it verified that proposed can effectively improve responsiveness increase revenue electric vehicle aggregator (EVA).
